Value Added Tax (VAT) has been implemented in UAE from 1st January 2018 and it has an impact on every business. Whether you are a manufacturer or a trader or distributor or freight forwarder or service provider or professional, you will see VAT impacting your business in some way or the other.

VAT Law needs to be embraced and accepted by one and all living in the UAE and its real impact on the business can be best assessed only through a proper impact study on the Business Model and Business Processes.

Most of the members of ICC-UAE have registered themselves for VAT and have implemented the VAT in their business. You must be now gearing up for filing of the return and if your organisation is expected to file quarterly return then the first quarter is coming to an end on 31st March 2018 and you need to file your returns in April 2018.

The "VAT RETURNS Workshop" is aimed at helping the business community to prepare the VAT Return and file the same without any errors before the due date as per the requirements of Federal Tax Authority.

It would help the companies from different industries to understand the requirements of the VAT Law and the Executive Regulations in terms of preparation and filing of the VAT Return with ease and ensure proper compliance. The focus of the workshop will be on the gathering of information and how the information needs to be captured in the VAT Return at the end of the Tax Period. At the end of the workshop, participants will be issued a certificate by ICC UAE.
