The ICC International Court of Arbitration with the support of ICC United Arab Emirates is organizing a conference dedicated to construction arbitration.
This half day conference will take place during the Dubai Arbitration Week from 12 to 16 November 2017 and will gather international arbitration construction experts to interact with the participants and to share their respective experience on how to manage construction contracts and construction disputes. ICC Representatives will also provide the audience with the salient issues in ICC Emergency Arbitration proceedings in construction disputes.

This programme will benefit practicing lawyers, arbitrators, magistrates, engineers, academics, corporate counsel and LLM students.
