Chris has spent over 40 years in the construction and engineering industries in various sectors including power plants, oil and gas industrial facilities, ports and marine, infrastructure, transportation and airport, healthcare projects and both civil engineering and building refurbishment.

Chris has achieved a Master of Laws LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration (with Merit) and is a Member of the CIArb. Chris is an Affiliated Member of the Society of Engineers, Member of the Society of Construction Law (Gulf), completed a PMI-Risk Management Professional course and was an Incorporated Member of Association of Project Safety and Licensed Commercial Building UK Energy Assessor to supplement acquired skills.

Since 1996, Chris has provided planning, project and programme management, project controls, forensic delay analysis and claims management services both in the UK and overseas, supporting Expert Witnesses, Employer and Contractor Clients. He has a strong hands-on technical background based on significant practical on-site experience upon which to base commercial awareness and an expert opinion. Chris is experienced in Primavera P3 and P6, Contracts Manager, Risk Expert, ASTA Power Project, Microsoft Office and Project Planning Software to support Expert presentations.

Chris is also a multi-testified Delay Expert Witness, has been cross-examined many times by reputable Queen’s Counsel, both directly and in Witness Conferencing and produced Expert reports and determinations for various commissions, including Party appointed and independent roles, in several GCC states on Forensic Delay Analysis and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) subjects. He has also assisted and advised Queen’s Counsel and Court Appointed Experts in matters of Delay. Previously directly assisted an Expert on a number of Middle East located commissions and various UK appointments.
