Ahmed El Hadidi focuses on Banking& Finance transactions & their Arbitration disputes,Energy, Construction, Securities, Global Markets & Funding, Project finance & cross-border finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, , and Trademarks & Patents. He is always being called on to assist in drafting and reviewing ICC Rules, the new Banking Laws, the Acquisition Rules under the Capital Market.

Before joining National Bank of Abu Dhabi as a lead Counsel, Ahmed spent several years with Arab bank, Ahli United Bank, Commercial International Bank, and Baker &Mckenzie International law firm. He regularly executes high-value deals and acts as lead Counsel in the transactions that he is involved in.

Ahmed joined the Banking Commission of ICC France, He is in the legal, Financial Crime Risk and Policy committee, and SSCF committees. He led or participated in several law reforms in transition economies.

He is the author of leading articles on international arbitration, international banking and finance,cross-border insolvency, civil, commercial and private law.

He is actively engaged in charitable and community projects.

Ahmed is admitted to practice before the Court of appeal and has a Master of Law degree from the American University and Zurich law University, Master of Law degree and Bachelor of Law from Cairo university (English law Section).
