Lance Crane
Mr. Crane is testified construction ('delay' and / or 'programming') Expert.
Mr. Crane has more than 15 years' experience in project management, planning / project controls, delay analysis and claim preparation, both in the UK and internationally. He has acted as an independent expert witness on several major projects, has given expert testimony to former Queen's counsel on delay matters, and has prepared independent forensic analysis for use in mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
Mr. Crane is a chartered construction professional and a chartered project manager. Mr. Crane is highly technical with all forms of programming software and delay analysis methodologies; however, he ensures his opinion is predominantly derived from fact and common sense.
Mr. Crane has experience of major projects including retail, residential, oil and gas, rail, and aviation. He has worked throughout the UK and internationally in the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Far East.
Mr. Crane is a member of the CIOB, MAPM, CIArb, SCL, and ICC.
