Madhavan is currently Head of Trade Services. He has over 30 years of Banking and Trade Finance experience in UAE and Qatar.

Prior to his role as Head of Trade Services he held various position within National Bank of Fujairah PJSC as Unit Head-Trade Sales, Executive-Trade Finance Products & Unit Head- Trade Services and he was responsible for developing & managing Trade Finance products including Factoring and Structured Trade Financing and introducing various process improvements within Trade Finance.

Madhavan was also instrumental in building up Bank’s Trade Services team and developing various operational process & procedure.

He was formerly Head of Trade Operations for Qatar’s Al Khalij Commercial Bank where he was responsible for developing Trade Finance procedure & processes and also forming its Trade Services team.
