Andrea Carlevaris is Secretary General of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Director of ICC’s Dispute Resolution Services, positions he has held since September 2012.

Before joining ICC, Mr Carlevaris was a partner in the Rome office of Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in Italy. His practice covered international arbitration, judicial proceedings involving issues of public international law, conflicts of law and international civil procedure. At the same time he was a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He previously held the position of Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Rocío Digón is Managing Director and Counsel of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, SICANA, Inc. She is responsible for the management of the SICANA office, including directing SICANA’s promotional activities, and for the administration of cases in North America.

Ms Digón was previously an associate in the international arbitration practice of King & Spalding LLP’s New York office and has experience of conducting proceedings under the rules of ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID and LCIA. She is admitted to practise in the states of New York and Massachusetts.
