The General Assembly
The General Assembly consists of all ICC-UAE’s members and shall be called by the Chairman to meet once a year at least.
Board Of Directors
The governing body of the ICC-UAE is the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consist of a representative of the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce & Industry, a representative of each member Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Federation and five representatives of the private sector, to be elected by the General Assembly.
