Panicker Partners established 45 years ago in Kerala India, by Senior Founding Partner Advocate S. A. Panicker. Today the firm is international and is managed by Kavitha S. Panicker Managing Partner in the UAE. The firm is represented in the UAE by Al Safar & Partners under the direct management of advocate Kavitha Panicker. KAVITHA S. PANICKER Esq. is the Managing Partner of Panicker Partners (and its representative office Al Safar & Partners) – Active in Dubai since 2000. Adv. Panicker advises on a full range of legal matters in the U.A.E. and around the world, and maintains close connection with regional associates and affiliates. With more than 16 years in the legal field, she has gained extensive experience in varied arenas of practice such as International Law, Corporate law, Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law, all of which has allowed her to succeed professionally representing either local and expat clients, and gaining the trust and loyalty of her clients.

Advocate Panicker not only successfully manages a team of senior and junior legal advisors, from diverse nationalities, such as India, Pakistan, Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, Iran, Russia, France, United States, Spain and Argentina, but also she is an active member of different professional institutions, namely, IBA (International Bar Association), IBPC (Indian Business & Professional Council), ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), DIAC (Dubai International Arbitration Centre), ADCCAC (Abu Dhabi Commercial, Conciliation & Arbitration Centre), DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) & recently becoming a member of the Ajman Commercial, Conciliation and Arbitration Centre.

Advocate Panicker has contributed equally to the community as well as the legal profession being interviewed as an expert in her field in many articles giving her legal opinion regarding different emerging issues which were published in various local newspapers such as the Gulf News “Drawing the line of Facebook’s content policy; The National newspaper “Dismissals keep lawyers busy”; and, recently in the Express Newspaper “Property Grab: Nightmare for Indian Expats”. She has also contributed to the “Anti-Corruption Regulation 2009” law book published by Law Business Research Ltd, 2009 in its UAE section, and the “World Justice Project report: The WJP Rule of Law Index” published by the World Justice Project since 2011 in its UAE chapter.
